Shipping & Delivery


We Ship WORLDWIDE (except North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Cuba, Iran). Where ever you are in the world we will get your order to you! At the same time, our International Shipping Fee is the lowest around.


What are the payment options available?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through the Stripe powered Shopify Payment system. We also accept PayPal. If your card was declined then please do not worry, simply contact us and we will advise you.


Shipping to the US/UK

Online orders placed with "Standard Insured Shipping" may take up to 3-5 days to process before shipping from our warehouse (Excludes weekend). Estimated delivery dates depend on location and are typically scheduled to arrive 3-6 weeks after an order has shipped. Note: Shipping times may be 50% longer during the current pandemic.


Shipping to other countries

Online orders placed with "Standard Insured Shipping" may take up to 3-5 days to process before shipping from our warehouse (Excludes Weekend). Estimated delivery dates depend on location, normally take around 2-4 weeks. Note: Shipping times may be 50% longer during the current pandemic.

*Some International destinations may take longer than 8 weeks (BRAZIL, ARGENTINA, SOUTH AFRICA, MEXICO, KUWAIT, SAUDI ARABIA, COSTA RICA, TURKEY). Please make sure you plan accordingly. These destinations have customs and clearing process that takes a while longer.


How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Will I be required to pay extra fees or custom duties?


Almost all of our orders go flawlessly without any custom duties but any further custom fees are beyond our control and we are not responsible for any extra custom fees. Your order may involve custom fees when it arrives to your country but once again most of orders go smoothly without any extra effort. These are not applied by us when you order therefore please contact country’s customs office for more information.


Has my order been dispatched yet?

Most orders are generally dispatched 3-5 days after the day the order was originally placed , sometimes longer. You will receive a dispatched email when your order has been dispatched, please check your SPAM/Junk box just in case it slips in there. If you cannot find your dispatch email, contact us on support@esportsretail.com and we can give you real-time information on whether your order has been dispatched or not. It always takes 4 to 7 days before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. 


My item arrived broken or damaged what can I do?

If your product is damaged then please take photos and a video, send them to

support@esportsretail.com We will arrange a new shipment in 24 hrs. We are not responsible for any damages to boxes, cases or other packaging. This is the carriers responsibility to handle them with care, we have no control over this.


Can I cancel or change my order?

We always try our best to cancel your order, however, if your order has already been shipped then we cannot cancel your order.

If you would like to change your order then please do contact us ASAP. We will try our best to accommodate any changes if your order hasn't already been shipped. Once your order has been shipped we will not be able to change the order.


How can I change my shipping address?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, simply email your order number, full name and new address to support@esportsretail.com
Once shipped, it is impossible for us to change the delivery address, cancel the order, or upgrade the shipping. Thank you for understanding.


My order is still not here please help?

If you order has taken longer than 75 days (For Brazil and South Africa is 105 days) from dispatch then please contact us and we will look into it for you. We will arrange a new shipment using a different courier company.


Why did I not receive a confirmation email after placing the order?

There's a good chance that our email has ended up in your SPAM/JUNK folder so please do check there. If you still can not find it, please do let us know.


I don't have a tracking number, when will I get it?

When you receive your dispatched email, it will be there most of the time, if you can not find it, please email us at support@esportsretail.com for an update on your tracking.
