Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide! You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.


My order isn't shipped yet? When will you ship it?

We try to ship within 48-72 hours but due to some 3rd party circumstances, the shipment might be delayed, so we ask for your patience. We make sure and do our absolute best to deliver shipments as fast as possible.


Where is my Tracking Number?

You can find your tracking number by clicking "View My Order" within your confirmation email we send you once your order has been processed and shipped. You can also visit our tracking page found on our website.


My tracking link does not work.

  • Please allow 3-5 days before your tracking link shows where your package is.
  • It may say, Please try again later, we are awaiting tracking info from the carrier, or something similar may appear. This is normal.

How long will my order take to deliver after it has been placed?

We try to dispatch your order as quickly as possible but due to the influx of orders we receive, 2-6 weeks is the standard time.

United States 15-30 Business days
Canada, Europe 15-30 Business days
Australia, New Zealand 20-40 Business days
Mexico, Central America, South America 20-40 Business days
United Kingdom 10-30 Business days
Switzerland 10-30 Business days

*This doesn’t include our 1-4 day processing time.


How can I change my shipping address?

  • If your order hasn't shipped yet, simply email your order number, full name and new address to support@esportsretail.com
  • Once shipped, it is impossible for us to change the delivery address, cancel the order, or upgrade the shipping. Thank you for understanding.


How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Will I be required to pay extra fees or custom duties?

Almost all of our orders go flawlessly without any custom duties but any further custom fees are beyond our control and we are not responsible for any extra custom fees. Your order may involve custom fees when it arrives to your country but once again most of orders go smoothly without any extra effort. These are not applied by us when you order therefore please contact country’s customs office for more information.






What is the exchange/return policy?

If you need to make a return or exchange, you're welcome to do so within 14 days.

All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused, and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

Please note that if it has been over 14 days from the date you received your item(s), then we are unable to accept your return. 


What Happens If My Product(s) Doesn’t Arrive Or Is Damaged?

We take matters like that very seriously and we’ll look into it immediately. If this happened to you, please send us a picture of the item to support@esportsretail.com and one of our customer service team members will get back to you within 2 working days.
